Job Summary
Are you passionate about human rights, the LGBTQIA+ community, and trauma work? If so, we might be the perfect fit for you! Our outspoken and passionate private practice in Greensburg, PA is searching for someone equally dedicated to our clients. As a mental health therapist with us, you'll provide top-notch therapy to underserved clients and handle essential administrative tasks like service notes and treatment plans.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
Provide counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on client assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Psy. D)
Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services is preferred.
Strong diagnostic evaluation skills with the ability to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

We are a small team with a strong background in providing services for the LGBTQIA+ population, with a primary focus on trauma services. We love to swear and try not to take ourselves too seriously, but we are passionate about what we do. As a smaller practice, we aim to incorporate new employees into helping us grow as a business. We hold monthly team meetings where employees can express themselves, suggest improvements, and get to know their colleagues.
